Automation for JIRA - send a list of items basing on sprint start trigger

I want to send a notification to team leaders with a list of issues that missing a specific value in a field WHEN a sprint start (by board)

 

U see Automation for JIRA has the Sprint Start trigger but don't know how to send a list of items that answer the condition. Is that possible? Advanced filter search doesn't answer my specific need for notification per board.

Hi @Nofar Ben Kereth 

Try this to solve the problem:

• Trigger is sprint started
• Action to Lookup issues, matching JQL for your missing field data.  For example: 

project = {{issue.project}} AND sprint IN openSprints() AND myfield IS EMPTY ORDER BY Key

• Action send an email with the list of issues.  For example:

Here are the issues missing our data:
<ul>
{{#lookupIssues}}
<li><a href="{{url}}">{{key}} - {{summary}}</a></li>
</ul>
