How to display remaining time in hours (not days)

Hi,

I'd like to always see the estimate and remaining estimate in hours instead of days.

If I change to the "Old view" the estimates are shown in hours, like this:

How can I get the same values in the "new view"?

This is a known bug in the new issue view - see JRACLOUD-69310

There are a few workarounds mentioned on this issue:

Workaround

You can set your working days per week or working hours per day to a higher value than any one ticket's time log would reach. For example:

• Set your working hours per day to 1000 to replicate format=hours
• Set your working days per week to 100 to replicate format=days

AND/OR

There is the option of turning off the new detail view

Just remember if you do the first option (via Jira Settings > Issues > Time Tracking), this will edit the global settings for all issues / projects across your instance.
