I get a 'Snap you can't view this page' but I'm the site/admin org with a JSD license.
Pretty much same issue as https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Can-t-access-quot-Request-types-quot-in-Service-Desk-project/qaq-p/933335
well my colleague who added the project, then added me to the project team, then I could see it
Still unsure that it's desirable to block a site admin from being able to see these sections without project association.
