in velocity, report-commitment showing "0" and completed showing "44" for sprint 12.
how to reopen the sprint 12 and edit the start date, time and end date, time.
there is no three-dot in right hand side to edit it

Reopen sprint in sprint report.
I do not have this option in the velocity report
To reopen a sprint, you must be a Jira Administrator or a user with the Manage Sprints permission.

I am a Jira administrator but I am not able to view three dots in the reports screen.
