Users not showing with Mention

hi,

I recently added an external user to my Confluence space. When he tried to use @ on comment, he is not able to see the list of users. How should i fix this issue ?

As it's Cloud, I would suggest contacting https://support.atlassian.com/ in regards to this and getting their view.
