How to map an Unmapped status to the Active Sprint's page

Hello,

When a JIRA task goes into the status of Testing, I loose all visibility to the task.  Can you please assist me with mapping the In Test Status to my Active Sprints page?  This will allow me to view all tasks that are set to In Test.  I asked my administrator about this issue and she said she made some changes to my account last week that should have fixed this issue.  When I hover over the Question Mark in the Unmapped Statuses, it says something about Banban board?  See my screenshot for example.

I am unable to drag and drop anything within my Board Settings. When trying to do so, it just highlights text on the page. Also, I am unable to Add a Column or Add a Status. If you look at my screenshot, you can see that the Add Status button is greyed out. The same is with the Add Column button that is right next to the Add Status button. Both are disabled.

If you take a look at my screenshot again, it says for me to "Contact a Jira or Board Administrator to configure this board." I contacted my Administrator for this board but the changes she made to my account did not fix my issue.

Click and drag the status in the Unmapped statuses column and drop it any other column - To Do, In Progress or Done.

(Unsure if this functionality is available in JIRA Cloud) Additionally, you might be able to create a new column for your status, 'In Testing'.
