What would be the best way to implement this in a SINGLE Jira Next-gen project:

Test Case Summary 1-5, Test Case Description 1-5 - Read only for vendor A
Test Case Result 1-5 - Read-write for vendor A
Test Case Summary 6-9, Test Case Description 6-9 - Read only for vendor B
Test Case Result 6-9 - Read-write for vendor B
