Can a subtask move with parent task from backlog?

I want to move the subtask with parent task from backlog how can it be done?

If you move the task the sub-tasks should move. At least that is my last recollection.

Here I'm not able to do that when a task is moving from backlog.

Is there need of swimlines.?
