Need help with seeing issues in Srum style where the issues are currently under Kanban board

I'm trying to see the issues in the Scrum style instead of the Kanban style. Since I can't change the Kanban board to Scrum style, I had a create a new board with Scrum style. But even though I do that and setup the query filter correctly, it still doesn't show up!! :-(

Yes, I did start a sprint, but the backlog has 0 issues!!! :-(

 

Just curious, are you part of JIRA team or (expert) user?

Hello @Baskar_Ganapathy if the query is right and you are not seeing any issues it might be that you have unmapped status at the columns. Go to the board config and in there to the columns tab.  If there are unmapped status you will see them on the right, move them to the right columns and that should do the trick.
