When working with a profile picture and using the command show user profile a get an error message: page does not exist or you don not have permission to seee the page.

My profile doesn t have any restriction. Two days ago everything was working fine.

Whe I try to insert a pprofile picture with the makro no user is shown in the field for entering user names.

Hi Alexander,

This is likely caused by an error that has occured after the last maintenance. The People Directory cache has been cleared and needs to be re-indexed. Every part of Confluence that relies on the user cache will fail to find a result.

You can start a re-index from the following link https://<yourdomain>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/search-indexes.action

Click on 'rebuild' and this will run for a few minutes, your users will still be able to access Confluence during this. Once complete, you should be able to insert and do searches for users as before.
