Creating confluence account with wrong product

Hallo,

I am new to confluence, so i am still trying to figure out everything. Then I found out that I already made it wrong from the very beginning.

I have three products in Atlassian Cloud and I created a confluence account under a wrong product. After that I can not (or dont know how) to create a confluence with the right product anymore. Since the URL shows directly that's different project so I really need to change it...

Can somebody understand what I mean and help me with that?

Can you let me know what you mean when you say that you created an account under the wrong product? Do you mean that you created a user and you gave them access to the wrong product? If so, you can just give them access to Confluence now. See groups and product access for more information.
