We using Jira Cloud.
We are not able to edit the "label" field in the new view from this morning in Jira Service Desk. If I change the view to old view. I am able to update and edit the field.
In Jira Core iam able to edit the "label" field.
A loot of processes working with labels.
We don't changed at the View or "label" since yesterday.
Since i write this, it will work again.
Admin doing nothing.
Maybe the problem ist part off the Atlassian Email
" we'll be rolling out a new and improved navigation for Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Jira Core, and Confluence Cloud."
