confluence formatting

I have created a page in confluence and have 2 sections with wording in. I have aligned them but when I publish the page the formatting is different and they are no longer aligned.

I fixed it by using individual sections for each section of wording as I couldn't get them to line up and this seemed the easiest way to do it
