The toolbars doesn't work when editing a page

Question

There is no restrictions for the page. When I want to edit that page, e.g. to add a new row to a table, the toolbar doesn't work. The toolbar appears as light-gray color.

That is strange behavior. The following troubleshooting info may help the community understand the issue better to help troubleshoot:

* Is this a new issue?
* Have there been any changes since the last time this was working?
* Does this happen for multiple users?
* Does this happen in multiple browsers?
* Does this happen on multiple Confluence pages?

Please make sure the cursor is not positioned at "Page Title".

Please press the Tab key or click the mouse pointer inside the page
