Changing issues status after release

* I have some amount issues in release
* Issues, which ready for deploy to production have status ready for release

How can issues status are changed automatically after release?

This can be achieved through some sort of automation tool. The ecosystem, Jira Automation (by CodeBarrel) could very well serve your purposes here :)
