unfortunately user deleted the project A board as it is visible in project B. user thought this might be a technical issue and deleted it. Is there any chance of data restore.
You seem to be discussing two issues. Regarding the deletion of the board, you cannot restore it but you can easily recreate it.
What might be the reason for that ?

The answer depends on the details of what you mean by other project board is visible on the project. A screen shot might help.
for example, if you are saying that you have a board and on that board you are seeing “issues” from another project then that says your board’s filter includes that other project. This can be resolved by editing the filter and removing the inclusive part.
