Issue: When attempting to create a sprint, I see this error message: "The requested board cannot be viewed because it either does not exist or you do not have permission to view it." After reviewing similar issues online, I am unable to resolve this permissions issue. After reviewing similar issues online, I am unable to resolve this permissions issue.

I have permissions to manage sprints

Hi Brian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Does your board filter include more than one project? If so, you need to have all of the correct permissions for all projects included in the filter.

Next thing to check is the Permission Helper to see what it says.

I believe I only have one project now, so the filter is only linked to that one project. I have attached some more screenshots to the original post above, if that helps.

Looks like you have everything right. Since it went through so many other hoops with the move and imported issues, I would go ahead and put in support ticket with Atlassian.

It seems like some problem. You did right by raising a support ticket.

May be try to create a new fresh sprint and try again?

Hi Brian

I'm also having the same issue. I have one project in JIRA with multiple teams (boards). I completed the sprint the previous day and now unable to start the new sprint.
