the page hangs after you click on edit button

internet is working fine but still this page is showing this error also hangs.

Does this occur on all pages and spaces, or only particular ones? I've seen for example if you paste content from another source, it could cause the error:

CONFCLOUD-58745 Cannot copy and or edit Confluence page The connection timed out with Maximum call stack size exceeded error

If it is the case where it's only with certain pages, you can have a look at the Storage Format of the page and see if you're running into this bug as well.

If not, then we might need to check your server logs to know the true cause of the timeout.

the bug persists in view storage option as well, and this is the only page we are facing issue with. Please check the data base.

I don't have access to your database or log files, so I could use your help in troubleshooting this issue further.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say the bug persist in the View Storage option. My suggestion was to check your page storage and make sure that there aren't any extra tags that might have been added if you copied and pasted the content in the page.

I asked you earlier, but you never confirmed; does this occur on all pages and spaces, or only particular ones?
The issue I mentioned earlier is only affected by the legacy editor. Could you try to create a page using the new editor and let me know if the issue persists? You'll be able to select the new editing template when you click the + button, but if you aren't sure, the Publish should be at the top right-hand corner when you are using the new editor.
Can you confirm that you did not copy and paste any content into the affected page?
What macros are you using on the affected pages?

Hi Shannon,

No, this happens only with one page which contains the Arabic content and we need to delete that content, but when we click the edit option the page becomes nonresponsive.
We are using the new editor, but the issue is only with this one page.
No, there is no copy and paste content on the page.
No Macros were used
