Assignee/Reporter shows as "admin" in jira exported report instead of the username.

The reason is the might be username has been set as "admin".
Go to user management >> find the user and check what is the username has been set.

The username in user management setting is the full name of the user
Is there a way we can resolve this issue?
Im having the same issue. This is Jira Software 8.5.1Username of reporter is not Administrator (or anything similar), but she has project and system admin rights.
