Using JIRA software project,

Some of the issues having images like below.

Checking the details you provided, I believe that this issue is associated to a bug that happens when we copy a text from excel and paste on the "Search". So if a ticket is open and a text is pasted, it will attach an image:

• Jira adds an attachment during search using pasted text from Microsoft Excel
