Hello, I would like to create with confluence a nice documentation like this one:https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/getting-started/
(with navigation on the left, and "on this page"- section on the right)
Another nice option is this documentation structure:https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/?utm_source=%2Fcloud%2Fjira%2Fplatform%2Frest%2F&utm_medium=302So my question is: How to do this with confluence? Or is there any other tool that atlassian is using there?
With best regards
Tony
Hi Tony
Have you tried using a table. Create a table with 3 columns and one row, and place content in each cell. The only down-side is I don't think you can switch off the border display.
Hi @Tony
You can take a look at this app: https://www.k15t.com/software/scroll-viewport
@Mark D. Stock thanks. But how is it with the search and dynamically creating navigation? Or I should mantain every point by myself?
You can also use the Layouts button (looks like a large pause button next to the table button at the top of the screen. This gives you a few pre-set layout designs, essentially different sized columns. This comes without borders. :-)
How do you want to dynamically create navigation? Are you talking about some sort of page tree? There is a built-in macro called Page Tree that has limited capabilities for this.
If you are looking to create the 'On This Page' section, then simply insert a 'Table of Contents'.
