Add Developer in Jira Service Desk next gen

In classic JSD projects I can add team members as developers to comment internally on SD issues. In next gen projects I do not find this option.

Does anybody know how to manage it?

In classic: Project Settings --> People

In Next Gen: Project Settings --> Access
