Other pages can be moved, but toxic pages cannot be moved width drag & drop.
Could you explain what a "toxic" page is, and what errors you get when you try to move one?
On the screen, it seems to have moved to the bottom of another page, but if refresh the screen with an error, returned to the place before the move.

Error Msg : You cannot restrict pages in the target space. Remove the restriction before moving the page(translate from korean)Literally, the page is locked, so when I unlocked it, it moved normally I didn't know this feature was available.
