Right permissions for Confluence Analytics, Comala Approvals and Chat Notifications

I found in my Confluence GLOBAL PERMISSIONS the following configuration for these three users.

But in some specific space settings the same users are configured in this way:

Can I avoid to define these users permissions for each space? If yes, how they have to be configured in global permissions?

No, you have to choose to let people (or robots) into a space.  Global permissions are not (and should not be) space permissions.  Almost all Confluence installs need to be able to control who can do what by space, not just allow everyone everything.
