Using the pop-up window to update issues seems to have issues where the changes are being applied to a different issue. Is there a configuration setting that can be changed to stop using the pop-up windows?
that should not happen under any normal situation. if it is happening it is either a bug or there is some piece of data here that is missing. What pop up are you referring to exactly can you demo via a series of screen shots this problem?
