Unable to Edit logged work.

Question

I am unable to edit logged work on JIRA. Although, permission has been given to any logged-in user, as you can see in the following image. Any help please?

I have never experienced this. Here are the steps I would suggest:

* test with a different project
* check with other users to see if the experience the same
* check if the admin can edit the work log
* if all of the above fail reach out to Atlassian Support. It may be a bug.
