After changeing domaim (export and import projects+users) user cannot access with regular premission

I changed our site domain- export and import projects+users

The users are with the same premission, jira-software-users 

All the user changed thier password

 

When the users trying to login they get the message "something's gone wrong- our team has been notified..." 

 

If i am changing the user premission to "Site Admin" they can access the site.. but this is not a good solution.. i need to chang thier premission to "jira-software-users"

If you want to give one or more existing users access to a product, you can add them to new or existing groups.
