Notification options on licensed users.

Hi, I've been checking the Jira settings for some specific notifications but could not find what I was looking for. Is there an option to send a notification or e-mail when a certain threshold hits for the amount of licensed users.

Currently our organization has a license for 500 JIRA Software 7.10.0 users and we are close to this limit. A notification would help.

No. notifications are controlled by the notification scheme and are driven by issue related action.
