Wondering why a task in the sprint is showing up in a search with a parameter of Sprint = empty

As you can see the issue at the bottom of the screenshot is in Sprint 2 but I have searched for only those issues that have an empty Sprint field. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Try the following JQL and let me know how you get on!

 

project = SCE AND sprint is EMPTY AND issuetype in (story,task)
