New navigation hasn't arrived yet.

I've been waiting for the newest version of the Confluence for a while. It is still written as "new navigation will arrive in December 2nd week." Unfortunately, nothing's changed. 
I wonder if there is an issue with our account. I will decide whether we will keep on using Confluence or not - according to ​the new UI.

I believe the editor was still being rolled out as of this week; that communication you read could be out-of-date.

You can contact the Cloud Support Team directly, and they can have a look at your instance and let you know if it's possible to push the changes to you.
