I want a public space for FAQs relating to a system we use across a relatively large and dispersed audience of people we work with. We cannot feasibly have a license for each user (they need read only access), however we don't want this information being found and shared publicly.
We wanted to have a general password we update and share across our network, but they don't need a full license. Or perhaps there are other ways of achieving the same level of security without creating an excessive number of read-only users?
Is this possible with either the server or on-demand versions?
