I can´t see my current active sprint - problems with my boards.

I need some support with my boards.

 

Few days ago, one of our users deleted some project roles and created new ones, but for one of our projects we had an issue with the active sprint. I know there is a board, but it´s marked as private, but the even the board´s owner can´t change it property to "not private" !

How do I set this "private" board as not private and restore my current active sprint board on this specific project ?

Sorry to hear you are facing this problem.

Per your description, I understand that your boards are being restricted for some users, not being able to specifically see the active board section. Is that correct?

As you may know, the permissions of boards are applied by their filter restrictions. that being said, the following steps should work to edit the board restrictions:

- Logged as the administrator of the board, navigate to the board page > Click in the three dots menu > Edit Settings

- Click to Edit Filter Query > Details > Edit permissions > Remove/add the permissions you want

If that did not solve the problem, can you please provide us a screenshot displaying what is the exact restriction your users are facing?
