3+ conditional Cascade list in Jira Cloud

Question

I need to be able to have a 3+ level conditional field(s) i dont mind if it requires different fields i just need to be able to do something similar to Country, State, City. I need atleast 3 fields but down the line I made need more so something that allows more fields would be ideal.

I have not been able to find a good solution for Jira Cloud as the only solutions i have found have been form plug ins which i would like to avoid i simply want a custom field.

There isn't one for Cloud.  Cloud does not support the functions that such a plugin would require.

I know, I am looking for suggestions for a plugin that will work across jira Software and Service desk.

JIRA only has a cascading select list of 2 levels. You will need a plugin.
