I need to know how to import issues from excel to JIRA Software Project, as i have around 200 tasks and dont want to add them manually one by one

Unfortunately, right now we don't have a built-in JIRA importer for native Microsoft Excel files. But it is still possible to perform a two-stage import using CSV import mechanisms.

As above, you can only import from CSV. However, it's very simple to save your Excel file in CSV format.
As a minimum you only need one column in your import file, the Summary field of the new Jira issue.

The problem not from save Excel to CSV, the problem after having CSV file i dont find direct method to import it
I'm not sure where the import option is in Cloud version, but on Jira Server it's in the System Admin section called "External System Import".
