Workflow Pop-Up Error

When I try to move this Story from To DO to Inprogress , I am getting below error
I am unable to create a new story as well.

Anyone know a potential fix for this issue?

I would start by checking if the workflow configuration doesn't have a mistake in those transitions, specially the validators part
