how to add a custom field in TEMPO report

Hi all

I found this https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Tempo-excel-export-with-custom-fields/qaq-p/335844

but I did not find the required menu item in JIRA Clous Admin tool (see image below).

Could you please help me?
