I have created a custom emoji :pencil_edit: in my account and added this to several topics. But it seems the custom emoji is not showing up. Are there settings to turn these on/off?
Here is an example on published page. It shows the customer gear emoji above, but not the pencil.

I am having the same problem, but I am not accessing the page as an anonymous user. I am logged in as usual.
It turns out that after hitting reload a few times they eventually start showing up again .
