Email Notifications Not Working

No email to any user even though the settings are there for assignee and reporter to get email notifications.

Hi Hong - were they working before and not just stopped working? And is it for all users, no matter what?

Can you post a screenshot of your notification scheme?

Did you enable the outgoing email under System--> Mail--> Outgoing Mail--> Outgoing Mails enabled ??
