Is the clientKey for a Jira Connect app always in the form of a UUID?

Is the clientKey for a Jira Connect app always in the form of a UUID?

I am troubleshooting an example where the clientKey is unexpectedly longer than 36 characters, and has `jira:` prepended to the front of it, something like "jira:2a1ca9c4-898f-4a18-a6a8-b78a58323ef5".

Are clientKeys always 36 chars, or can they be any string?
