Does the Jira Cloud app support MDM?

Cecilie Skrindsrud Øverbø

I want to start using the Jira App on my company's phones. We are using Confluence and Jira Cloud. We require all business apps to support Intune MDM. I have tried to search the community and Atlassian pages and it looks like only the Jira and Confluence server apps support MDM.

Does anyone have any experience using the mobile apps for cloud and have the apps protected by MDM?

@Cecilie Skrindsrud Øverbø Hi, we announced recently that MDM support is available for Jira cloud, Confluence cloud and Trello. There are more details here in the April newsletter: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Enterprise/Atlassian-Community-Enterprise-Examiner-April-2021/ba-p/1677770#

Also see this page on how to configure it: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/mdm-security-controls-and-supported-apps/

Let us know if we can help with onboarding!
