Users can't login with Google Apps

Marko Kirves

My site was migrated to JIRA Software and at the same time many of our users have lost access to JIRA using Google Apps authentication.

On the user profile I can see a previous session but that user has never been logged in.

How do we enable these users to login with their Google account?

Hi Marko,

Sorry that this has happened! It sounds like something's gone awry with your Atlassian Cloud instance. So we can get our support team looking into this, could you please raise an issue at https://support.atlassian.com?
