Confluense SUSPENDED - how to resolve?

Suddenly our Confluence stopped working with error of :

Site unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud subscription hasn't been renewed

In the subscription management screen the Confluence app is shown as "INACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS - SUSPENDED"

How can I renew the subscription?

It got resolved by Atlassian support.

There was no way I could do it by myself.

Just opened a service request and the support team fixed it in an hour - thank you guys.
