Unable to access board and backlog is empty - Something's gone wrong error message

I want to access the board from one of my project but pop up message appear that says: Something's gone wrong. I've been trying to reload, log off, but still unable to access the board.

Also, my backlog is empty. it is supposed to be filled with running sprint and tasks.

I'm the only one affected and my team are able to access.
only affecting 1 project, the rest are fine

I think you should raise a ticket with Atlassian.

As you are on cloud, I don't think you can view logs . So it is better to contact Atlassian with all your details.
