Why are we receiving this error? It's system wide this morning.....I've seen other posts where this had been occurring since July but was reported fixed....???

We are experiencing this as well on our Jira Could instance.
Same issue for us on JIRA cloud. In July it was due to GPDR updates. Has anyone submitted a ticket with support?
