How do I share reports?

Hey,

I can't seem to see where to share reports (on cloud)?

I go to the project click on reports and set up the report I want.

However, I cant seem to save / share any report...

Do I need to set this anywhere in the admin panel to enable reports to be saved/shared?

In the top right corner of my report I see the 3 dots, but only option is configure.

The only help I can find is this:

It references 'Portfolio' but I think thats the old UI - with the drop-downs across the top.

Or am I just going mad, cant see 'portfolio' option anywhere???

OK - looking into this further and on the All reports tab - you have:

I have 4 main headers for report types:

Agile
Issue analysis
Forecast & management
Other

All the Agile reports are shareable (next to the 3 dots in top right you have the share option.

However, all other reports don't have this option & cant be shared.

Pretty poor from the Jira guys imho...

If you talking about:

You could use the Share button.

Step by step:

Access JIRA and click on Issues
Click on Search for issues
Create your search
Click on Share Button

i tried to export the report in a service desk project and it was possible and in the jira software there was not a option to export the report ..i think its not possible .

if you really have to export then there is a plugin called xporter that helps you to export the reports
