Status is disappearing

I am currently encountering a strange issue with the Status field disappearing on Jira Issue views. On both the side panel when viewing from the backlog or viewing the issue entirely, when the page is loading the status is visible then disappears straight away.

Is anyone else seeing this strange behaviour/know how to resolve it?

Have you tried the Old Jira View to see if it happens there? Or have you tried a different Browser? Which browser are you currently using?

Hi John, Thanks for your reply.

I have switched back to the old view and can see the status again thanks.
I am using Chrome and also checked on Safari and get the same disappearing status, so something strange happening I guess.

We're also now having this issue on only one of our boards after a workflow update (renamed a few fields).

Status appears then disappears. Its fixed by switching to the old view (which I don't want to do).

I'm hoping its a temporary issue as I made some larger changes that need to propagate through our system so expect it may get fixed over the next day.

Facing this with our instance as well. Except for us it is the Sprint field. Any ideas?
