How can I add new field to Tasks in Jira Project?

I am not able to set due date against tasks as there is no such field to assing value to. However, I can see the due date filed in the Fields section under Project settings.

Hi @Akshey Bhogra ,

Can you please check whether Due Date is present project screens or not. Go to Project Settings -> Screens. Also please check whether you have Schedule Issue permission in the Permission scheme of Jira Project.
