Is it possible to still sort tables in the new Comfluence Editor?

I work on several different companies' Confluence content.  Now the newest company is using the new editor and it is really different from the old.  Now I need to invest time in learning the new editor.  Apparently I can not turn off the new editor function.

I was just trying to sort a Table and have not figured it out yet.  Big productivity loss!

I imported some documents from a Space for another company that was on the old editor version.  All the usual Table manipulation tools are there.  So it appears that you can't access old editor features when creating new pages.  But if you import pages created on an older Confluence instance you can still enjoy the old editor.  Just use COPY to create new pages.
