JIRA Software and Confluence Getting Logout

Question

Hello Team,

We had instaled JIRA software and JIRA Confluence, We noticed that once we login to confluence JIRA software session get a logout frequently please advise..

Please note we had instaled Jira and Confluence on the same server with different port and Different Database DB. is this is right approach ? can be on same DB both application ? We also planing for JIRA service Desk.

On same DB shouldn't be a problem at all.

Small rectification, there is:

* Jira
* Jira Service Desk (JSD)
* Confluence

JSD can be installed as a standalone application if you don't want Jira Core or Jira Software.

If you already have Jira then JSD will be like an Add-on

that mean for jira software/jera service desk and jira confluence can be in single Database?
