How to create own filtering for live search

Hello,

I would like to create my own filtering system for live search macro. I know there is the advanced search page but I can't figure out how to give it my custom styles / filters. Is there a way to hook into like a searching / filtering api? So I can do my own styles for it and have my own filter styles.

I know that confluence has this:

I want to make my own page to go to that will allow for me to make my own filtering options and styles.
